GoPOS is a young, dynamically developing company from the IT industry, which provides software and POS hardware for the HoReCa market. Due to the continuous development of the company, we are looking for people to join our team for the position of a Customer Service Consultant. If you like working with people and are able to build lasting and satisfying relationships with clients, we are looking for you.

Responsibilities:

Support for existing and new customers Concluding and annexing contracts Providing information and explanations in the field of contracts, price lists, products and promotions

Requirements:

  • Good manners
  • Ease of making contacts
  • Stress resistance and the ability to think analytically and solve problems
  • Knowledge of MS Office, G Suite
  • Full-time availability
  • Commitment and diligence

Welcome:
