The simplicity and intuitiveness of the program exceeded our expectations. In the work of a manager, readability and full control over what is happening during the shift are important. A clear menu, everything available online in any place where the Internet reach is what I expect from a POS system nowadays.
Previously, we worked on a different POS system, in which most of the settings had to be outsourced to IT specialists. Now, after a few hours, I learned everything myself with a little help from the hotline, a very intuitive system with many possibilities.
