What I value most at GoPOS is the possibility of quick customer service. The system is intuitive and transparent, so that employees can take orders with just a few moves. The purchased devices work smoothly and take up very little space, which in the case of Food Truck is quite an important element.

We have been working with a competing operating system for several years but what GOPOS offers has surpassed our expectations. The software is very intuitive and easy to use, the customer service is always helpful, the implementation went quickly and smoothly and we have access to the system from anywhere in the world. We sincerely recommend GOPOS and the only thing we regret is that we did not change the system much earlier.

Self-service kiosks at our locations are additional employees who efficiently take our customers' orders thanks to which we reduce staffing costs. In addition, our customers are very satisfied with the possibility of self-ordering - they are free to choose products at their own pace and the visual presentation of the order minimizes the possibility of confusion. At the moment, almost 40% of orders at one of our locations are handled by kiosks.

Thanks to the GoPOS system, I can finally focus on serving customers without worrying about technical issues. An easy-to-use interface and the ability to manage from any device make us work more efficiently than ever before.
