About Confectionery by Cup&Me and point challenges

Cup&Me is a Warsaw-based confectionery specialising in cakes, cookies, cupcakes and cake pops, made from natural ingredients. The company also offers sweet tables, perfect for all celebrations, and, more recently, coffee. For her newly opened outlet, the owner was looking for modern sales solutions. Above all, a machine that would have the function of a full POS kit, but was also small in size and stood out for its attractive price - compared to traditional solutions of this type.

The sales system was also an important aspect in the selection of the new tool, as the company had not previously used such solutions. The software had to provide fast customer service and easy sales, in addition to facilitating remote business management. In addition, the system had to be easy and intuitive to use, and provide efficient editing of products and their prices.

Posnet Vero being a combination of a fiscal printer, POS platform, GoPOS sales system that also provides integration with a payment terminal, has allowed a great deal of space saving at the point of sale. Thanks to the all-in-one solution and the combination of everything necessary in one piece of equipment, the premises gained lots of extra space and reduced expenses. The price of the printer was £999, and on top of that the company pays the corresponding software subscription.

The intuitive GoPOS sales system has made it possible to make quick sales, which now take place in as few as 3 clicks. The easy-to-use software has made it possible to easily configure the confectionery menu and make quick edits when new items arise, such as changing seasonal products or price modifications. Confectionery employees also appreciate the simplicity of the system and its ease of use. What is more, the solutions introduced perfectly support the confectionery's retail sales, as well as the service of customers wishing to use the café's offer. Thanks to the ability to create any category, the outlet can easily group products and then stock them more efficiently. All this adds up to an even faster customer service.
