Bottiglieria 1881 is an elegant and refined restaurant, located on a quiet side street of Krakow's Kazimierz. Famous for its tasting menu, the restaurant has gained recognition from both local gourmets and international critics. In 2023, Bottiglieria 1881 was the first restaurant in Krakow to be awarded a second Michelin star - an award granted only to places offering excellent cuisine worth a detour. The chef of the restaurant is Przemysł Klima - a Polish chef and restaurateur.

Bottiglieria 1881 aimed to simplify the use of the system to increase the efficiency of staff work. The introduced intuitive GoPOS solution facilitated sales and ensured simple use of the software. The sales solution now enables flexible management of product prices, thanks to the option of closing the account for a specific amount and manually entering variable prices for individual items. This functionality turned out to be particularly useful, allowing for quick adjustment of prices to specific customer orders.

As part of the GoPOS system, we have also introduced the Mobile Waiter tool, enabling comprehensive service All in One directly at the tables. This allows waiters to manage orders, process payments and close accounts without having to leave the table.

Simplified discounting and service billing

Bottiglieria 1881 was looking for a way to simplify the process of discounting and charging the service, in order to better adapt the offer to the individual needs of guests. The discounting functionality allowed to easily add established discounts for individual customers. The restaurant also easily configured the option of adding 12% to the service, which is now added to each bill with one click.

Thanks to these improvements, the customer service process has become more transparent. Customers appreciated greater flexibility in granting discounts, which contributed to increasing their satisfaction.

Automation of invoicing

Issuing invoices was time-consuming and error-prone because the data had to be entered manually. Each invoice required careful checking, which lengthened the process and increased the risk of mistakes. The new solution enabled automatic downloading of data from the Central Statistical Office and quick issuing of invoices. Moreover, they can now be sent directly to the customer's e-mail address, which significantly simplified the entire process of issuing them. This automation significantly accelerated the work, eliminating the risk of errors and increasing comfort for both staff and customers.
