Woosabi is a dynamically growing chain of restaurants and cocktail bars located in Wrocław, Gdańsk and Kraków, known for Asian cuisine, signature drinks and a unique atmosphere. The venues stand out with their original interior design - especially the Kraków restaurant located in a historic tram depot, designed by CUDO studio.
From the beginning, the brand has focused on fast and high-quality service, which is why it implemented GoPOS solutions supporting the daily work of restaurants and the management of a multi-location network.

We have been operating with GoPOS for 4 or 5 years now. We have 4 locations that GoPOS operates. In the beginning, I was most interested in the Mobile Waiter solution, because we rely heavily on speed in our venues. GoPOS was probably the only application that offered such solutions in the market at that time. However, with the development of GoPOS and various functionalities such as GoStock and GoKDS, it allows us to manage the restaurant in general in a more controlled way.
One of the main challenges Woosabi faced was how to effectively manage its dispersed restaurant network. The implementation of GoPOS answered these needs perfectly, enabling convenient management of all points of sale from a single panel - from anywhere and on mobile devices thanks to a dedicated app, available on iOS and Android. By storing sales data in the cloud, the owner has real-time access to detailed information on the sales performance of each outlet, including an analysis of the popularity of individual dishes, the most frequently selected payment methods and the days with the highest traffic. The software also makes it convenient to create group reports and make informed business decisions based on accurate analysis.
GoPOS not only makes it easy to monitor financial performance, but also allows for effective remote management of staff. The owner can remotely control the attendance of employees, monitor their efficiency and efficiently carry out monthly billing for hours worked. Automating these processes increases accuracy and saves valuable time - an average of about 26 hours per month that would have to be spent on manual reporting and billing.
From the very beginning, Woosabi has placed great emphasis on providing the fastest possible service to guests visiting the premises. In response to these needs, it decided to implement a stationary GoPOS point of sale system and Mobile Waiters in each of the emerging establishments, which enable comprehensive all-in-one guest service. With these solutions, employees can take orders at tables in just three clicks, significantly speeding up the entire service process.
Orders are then automatically sent to the kitchen, eliminating the need for waiters to hand them over in person and minimizing the risk of errors. In addition, the system allows the presentation of photos of dishes on the tablet, making it easier to select dishes and improving the overall dining experience for customers. What's more, with the Suggested Selling feature, Mobile Waiter can automatically suggest additional items depending on the dishes selected, allowing waiters to upsell effectively and increase overall sales value. After implementing GoPOS solutions, the process of accepting payments has also been accelerated. Thanks to the integration of GoPOS with payment terminals, staff can now quickly process payments without having to manually enter the amount on the payment device. In addition, GoPOS offers the function of combining and splitting bills, so waiters can make settlements more easily, according to customers' preferences. Table rotation has also become faster, allowing waiters to serve more guests in less time.
To further streamline the service process, after some time Woosabi introduced the GoKDS system, which optimized communication with the kitchen. Orders are now automatically sent to her and marked with the appropriate statuses. As a result, the number of errors that arise during their personal transmission has been eliminated to zero. Color-coding also allows cooks to conveniently and online track and change the stages of order preparation. Employees in the kitchen instantly and conveniently notify waiters of finished dishes, right after they are prepared.
The introduction of GoKDS significantly accelerated service in the kitchen - thanks to automation, order preparation time was reduced by 22%. In addition, the system has enabled better management of order priorities, which has increased overall kitchen efficiency by 28%.
To better monitor the inventory of raw materials at its locations, Woosabi relied on the GoStock system to improve the efficiency of inventory management. It allows restaurants to constantly control stock quantities and better plan purchases. The GoStock system makes it possible to maintain adequate inventory levels, which prevents sales downtime. As a result, potential stock shortages are easily eliminated, making inventory management more transparent and organized.
