The simplicity and intuitiveness of the program exceeded our expectations. In the work of a manager, readability and full control over what is happening during the shift are important. A clear menu, everything available online in any place where the Internet reach is what I expect from a POS system nowadays.

Previously, we worked on a different POS system, in which most of the settings had to be outsourced to IT specialists. Now, after a few hours, I learned everything myself with a little help from the hotline, a very intuitive system with many possibilities.

Manual counting of all products was very tedious and there were often mistakes during the inventory. Carrying out it on a mobile phone with the help of scales and barcodes significantly reduced the time, and most importantly eliminated errors.

Customer service has decreased significantly since we use tablets for guest services. Placed orders go directly to the kitchen, so they immediately appear on the TV screen. It significantly improved the work of the restaurant.

The opening of the online store allowed us to reach more customers and increase our recognition. A dedicated application for drivers is a big plus.
