How does the app speed up warehouse stocktaking?

The stocktaking app replaces manual counting and time-consuming measurements with stocktaking carried out using a phone, scales, and barcodes. Product counting is fast and precise thanks to automated tools, and results are saved directly in the stocktake sheet without rewriting data. The entire process takes much less time and reduces mistakes typical of manual counting.

Can I scan products using barcodes?

The app enables barcode scanning of products during warehouse stock counts. After scanning the code, the app displays the identified product together with its current stock level. Depending on the type of stocktake being carried out, the product quantity is entered manually or calculated using scales. Scanning speeds up work and reduces errors in product identification.

How does the app handle weighted products?

Products counted by weight are recorded by placing them on scales connected to the app. The system automatically converts the weight into the actual quantity, for example converting the weight of an opened bottle of alcohol into millilitres, using a built-in database of popular bottles and their standard capacities. The solution works well for products with variable weight, such as alcohol, and eliminates errors resulting from manual measurements.

Does GoInventory synchronize stocktake results with GoStock?

The stocktaking app works in integration with the GoStock inventory management system, so scanned and weighed products are saved directly in the stocktake sheet in real time, without manual data entry. The completed sheet is sent from the app to GoStock, where further stocktake handling and data analysis take place. All data remains in the cloud and is accessible from any device.

Does GoInventory support stocktakes across multiple warehouses at the same time?

The app allows stocktaking to be divided into individual warehouses and sheets, which ensures full control over the entire inventory even in a complex warehouse structure. This division organizes the stocktake and reduces the risk of mistakes.

Can I export stocktake reports to accounting?

Stocktake data can be shared with accounting based on the stocktake report or the product report. Reports can be made available as CSV or PDF files, or by granting accounting access to the reports, depending on your needs. All data remains in the cloud and is accessible from any device.
