Get to know GoPOS better!

By combining the GoPOS KDS system with Mobile Waiter, our waiters keep track of the progress of their dishes in real time. This eliminates delays and misunderstandings, speeding up service and improving quality.

In the Rohatka and Góralska restaurants, we use the Mobile Waiter system, which enables orders to be taken quickly. In addition, we use the KDS system, which displays order information directly to the cooks. This allows them to immediately start processing orders as soon as they are taken by the waiter.

We have been working with GoPOS for a long time as our partner for various special tasks - from restaurant operations, through the hotel, to managing the thermal baths. Thanks to this cooperation, we have streamlined many processes that facilities like ours often struggle with.

For our two Michelin-starred restaurant Bottiglieria 1881, we were looking for a proven and reliable sales solution. We wanted a system that was recognised in the market and also provided all the functionality that was important to us, including the ability to personalise individual settings. Our choice fell on GoPOS and we are delighted with the functionality and performance of the system. Since its implementation, managing operations has become much easier, mainly due to its very intuitive interface. We provide our guests with efficient and error-free service, which has an even more positive impact on their experience - and after all, this unique experience is what our restaurant is most about. Flexibility is also worth mentioning - we can adapt the system to our needs.

We have been operating with GoPOS for 4 or 5 years now. We have 4 locations that GoPOS operates. In the beginning, I was most interested in the Mobile Waiter solution, because we rely heavily on speed in our venues. GoPOS was probably the only application that offered such solutions in the market at that time. However, with the development of GoPOS and various functionalities such as GoStock and GoKDS, it allows us to manage the restaurant in general in a more controlled way.

NFC wristbands not only allow entry and exit through the gates at Terma Bania but also enable guests to move freely throughout the entire facility. Guests can move between zones in both directions, in accordance with predefined settings in the system.

Since we got GoPOS, self-service kiosks, and the All in One solution, service has sped up. Customers place their orders themselves, queues disappear quickly, mistakes don't happen, and we can devote more attention to our guests.

GoPOS works great in everyday work. It is simple, intuitive, and quick to learn for the whole team, and thanks to GoHUB, we have all orders from different sources in one place, which allows us to handle orders more efficiently and without mistakes.

The most important thing about kiosks for me is that they give our guests a choice. One person might prefer to chat with the cashier and order through a conversation, while another might prefer to click through everything at their own pace on the kiosk. We can serve both types of guests equally well.
