Bania Resort is one of the most recognizable leisure destinations in Poland, located in the picturesque village of Białka Tatrzańska. The complex includes the luxurious Hotel Bania Thermal & Ski, the modern Terma Bania water park, and numerous restaurants and taverns. To improve the management of such a large and diverse facility, Bania Resort implemented comprehensive GoPOS technological solutions.

The complex features a wide range of food and beverage outlets tailored to different guest expectations - from elegant full-service restaurants, through bars and cafés, to quick-service restaurants. In restaurants such as Restauracja Góralska, Karcma Bania, and Rohatka, service speed and quality are essential.
