Manual counting of all products was very tedious and there were often mistakes during the inventory. Carrying out it on a mobile phone with the help of scales and barcodes significantly reduced the time, and most importantly eliminated errors.

I run a two-story cafe in the center of Krakow. Some time ago I decided to equip waiters with tablets in order to reduce the time associated with order processing as much as possible. We have been operating with GoPOS for 4 or 5 years now. We have 4 locations that GoPOS operates. NFC wristbands not only allow entry and exit through the gates at Terma Bania but also enable guests to move freely throughout the entire facility. Guests can move between zones in both directions, in accordance with predefined settings in the system.

Since we got GoPOS, self-service kiosks, and the All in One solution, service has sped up. Customers place their orders themselves, queues disappear quickly, mistakes don't happen, and we can devote more attention to our guests.

The most important thing about kiosks for me is that they give our guests a choice. One person might prefer to chat with the cashier and order through a conversation, while another might prefer to click through everything at their own pace on the kiosk. We can serve both types of guests equally well.
