GoPOS - nowoczesny system sprzedażowy POS

The simplicity and intuitiveness of the program exceeded our expectations. In the work of a manager, readability and full control over what is happening during the shift are important. A clear menu, everything available online in any place where the Internet reach is what I expect from a POS system nowadays.

Previously, we worked on a different POS system, in which most of the settings had to be outsourced to IT specialists. Now, after a few hours, I learned everything myself with a little help from the hotline, a very intuitive system with many possibilities.

When choosing the software, the most important issue for us was the selection process at the gate and the ability to create loyalty cards. Thanks to GoPOS, our regular guests no longer have to wait in line to enter, and we know exactly how many people visited us throughout the night.

In our shelter there are often problems with the Internet, so when looking for a POS system, the most important thing for us was the ability to sell offline. Ultimately, the choice fell on GoPOS and we are satisfied.

After equipping waiters with tablets, our sales increased significantly. Meal recommended products are displayed to the order taker, so even new people can start selling more from the start.

Manual counting of all products was very tedious and there were often mistakes during the inventory. Carrying out it on a mobile phone with the help of scales and barcodes significantly reduced the time, and most importantly eliminated errors.

Customer service has decreased significantly since we use tablets for guest services. Placed orders go directly to the kitchen, so they immediately appear on the TV screen. It significantly improved the work of the restaurant.

I run a two-story cafe in the center of Krakow. Some time ago I decided to equip waiters with tablets in order to reduce the time associated with order processing as much as possible. Currently, after the waiter accepts the order, it goes straight to the bar, which significantly speeds up the entire process.

Equipping waiters with tablets allowed our restaurant to serve guests faster and more efficiently. The waiter no longer has to run around with every bar or kitchen order, and communication between the team has improved significantly.
